INTRODUCTION

In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe testing comes from God and is designed to help you (or show you), that one needs God and cannot accomplish anything significant without Him. Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first fruits of His creatures. James 1: 12-18 NKJV

Biblical Word

PERSEVERE – His speech persuaded them. They called the apostles in and had them flogged. Then  they ordered them not to speak in the name of Immanuel, and let them go.  The apostles left the Sanhedrin, rejoicing because they had been counted worthy of suffering disgrace for the Name. Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Immanuel is the Messiah. Acts 5: 40-42 NIV

Reference

Be glad about this, even though it may now be necessary for you to be sad for a while because of the many kinds of trials you suffer. Their purpose is to prove that your faith is genuine. Even gold, which can be destroyed, is tested by fire; and so your faith, which is much more precious than gold, must also be tested, so that it may endure. Then you will receive praise and glory and honor on the Day when Immanuel is reveled. You love him, although you have not seen him, and you believe in him, although you do not now see him. So you rejoice with a great and glorious joy which words cannot express, because you are receiving the salvation of your souls, which is the purpose of your faith in him. GNT

Significance

God’s Providence (God’s provisions for His People, as He guides them in the journey of faith through life, accomplishing His purpose in them) – We at VAL-TE’ also believe means to actively work on personal growth, focusing on developing positive qualities like empathy, kindness, self-awareness, and integrity, often practicing self-reflection, identifying areas of improvement, and making conscious choices to act in a more ethical and considerate way towards others and yourself. There is no such thing as something happened by chance or due to certain circumstances, that was not planned. Nothing catches Him off guard, of which He is unaware or even those with ill intentions, that God can’t use that situation to bring about good outcomes.
