INTRODUCTION
In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe is to not worry, but to know – and be confident – that all things work together for good to those who love God, and are called according to His purpose. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance. Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. BELIEVER – With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, “Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.” Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day. They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. Significance
A Child of God (Rely fully on God, and trust in His plan for our lives) – We at VAL-TE’ also believe it means that you are a son or daughter with access to divine potential and God’s love, adopted through Immanuel His Son, and “nothing in life nor death, nor spiritual forces – including angels and Satan’s rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor human or spiritual powers, nor above nor on earth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Immanuel, the one whom God chose and sent as Savior and Lord.” Just like a little child trusts their parents fully to guide them and protect them when they are unable to care for themselves, so should we trust God as we navigate our way through life with Him as our Father.
