SEPARATING THE SPIRITUAL FROM THE PHYSICAL
THE HIDDEN MEANING

INTRODUCTION
In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe objects to the widespread respect, and admiration felt for someone or something, on the basis of a perception of their achievements or quality. But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Immanuel, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Immanuel, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Immanuel. Romans 3: 21-26 NKJV
Biblical Word
GENTILE – But the LORD said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” 1 Samuel 16: 7 NIV
Reference
Galatians 3: 23-28 – But before the time for faith came, the Law kept us all locked up as prisoners until this coming faith should be revealed. And so the Law was in charge of us until Immanuel came, in order that we might then be put right with God through faith. Now that the time for faith is here, the Law is no longer in charge of us. It is through faith that all of you are God’s children in union with Immanuel, and now you are clothed, so to speak, with the life of Immanuel himself. So there is no difference between Jews and Gentiles, between slaves and free people, between men and women; you are all one in union with Immanuel. GNT
Significance
Prestige (Status, Fame or Class) – We at VAL-TE’ also believe all wrongdoers will be repaid for the wrong things they do, because God judges everyone by the same standard. We love because God first loved us. If we say we love God, but hate others, we are liars. For we cannot love God, whom we have not seen, if we do not love others, whom we have seen. The ethical obligation that Immanuel has given us is this: whoever loves God must love others also. And because of God’s gracious gift to VAL-TE’ I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you should. Instead, be modest in your thinking, and judge yourself according to the amount of faith that God has given you. The rich and the poor have this in common: the LORD made them both. But if you treat people according to their outward appearance, you are guilty of wrongdoing, and the way that you tend to behave or feel accuses you as defying God’s authority.
