SEPARATING THE SPIRITUAL FROM THE PHYSICAL
THE HIDDEN MEANING
In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe identifies someone who takes advantage of other people, or things for their own gain. Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Immanuel, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5: 1-5 NKJV
PERSECUTION – Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Immanuel’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Immanuel’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Corinthians 12: 9-10 NIV
Matthew 5: 10-12 – “Happy are those who are persecuted because they do what God requires; the Kingdom of heaven belongs to them! “Happy are you when people insult you and persecute you and tell all kinds of evil lies against you because you are my followers. Be happy and glad, for a great reward is kept for you in heaven. This is how the prophets who lived before you were persecuted. GNT
The Mistreatment of Others (The belief that different races possess distinct characteristics, abilities, or qualities, especially so as to distinguish them as inferior or superior to one another.) – We at VAL-TE’ also believe it is better to suffer for doing good, if this should be God’s will, than for doing wrong. For Immanuel died for wrongdoings once and for all, a good man on behalf of all people made wrongdoers as the result of the disobedience of one man, in order to lead you to God. He was put to death physically, but made alive spiritually, and in his spiritual existence he went and preached to the imprisoned spirits. It is not the washing off of bodily dirt, but the promise made to God from a good conscience. This, then, is my condition: on my own I can serve God’s law only with my mind, while my human nature serves the law of sin.
