SEPARATING THE SPIRITUAL FROM THE PHYSICAL
THE HIDDEN MEANING
In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe describes who sets you on the track that leads you to your best self in life. That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life – the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us – that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Immanuel. And these things we write to you that your joy may be full. 1 John 1: 1-4 NKJV
THE WORD – Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you. Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it – he will be blessed in what he does. James 1: 21-25 NIV
Philippians 2: 14-16 – Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may be innocent and pure as God’s perfect children, who live in a world of corrupt and sinful people. You must shine among them like stars lighting up the sky, as you offer them the message of life. If you do so, I shall have reason to be proud of you on the Day of Immanuel, because it will show that all my effort and work have not been wasted. GNT
Guide for Living – We at VAL-TE’ believe that ethical behavior respects the dignity, diversity and rights of all people. And it’s those values that we associate with Immanuel, to help guide us along a pathway to deal more effectively with ethical dilemmas by eliminating those behaviors that do not conform to God’s sense of the right thing to do.
