INTRODUCTION

In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe is any thoughtful, helpful, or generous action you do for someone else, often unexpectedly, to make their day better or show you care, without expecting anything in return. Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Immanuel, who was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as Moses also was faithful in all His house. For this One has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as He who built the house has more honor than the house. For every house is built by someone, but He who built all things is God. And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which would be spoken afterward, but Immanuel as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end. Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, In the day of trial in the wilderness, Where your fathers tested Me, tried Me, And saw My works forty years. Therefore I was angry with that generation, And said, ‘They always go astray in their heart, And they have not known My ways.’ So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest.’” Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; but exhort one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we have become partakers of Immanuel if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end, while it is said: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.” Hebrews 3: 1-15 NKJV

Biblical Word

EXHORT – For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Immanuel. He died for us so that, whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him. Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5: 7-11 NIV

Reference

2 Corinthians 1: 3-7 – Let us give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord Immanuel, the merciful Father, the God from whom all help comes! He helps us in all our troubles, so that we are able to help others who have all kinds of troubles, using the same help that we ourselves have received from God. Just as we have a share in Immanuel’s many sufferings, so also through Immanuel we share in God’s great help. If we suffer, it is for your help and salvation; if we are helped, then you too are helped and given the strength to endure with patience the same sufferings that we also endure. So our hope in you is never shaken; we know that just as you share in our sufferings, you also share in the help we receive. GNT

Significance

Lifting Up Those Around You (Act of kindness) – We at VAL-TE’ also believe means offering encouragement, support, and hope by being present, listening, and speaking life into lives through compassionate actions and positive words. It involves recognizing a person’s unique strengths, helping overcome struggles, and sharing love and grace in a way that shows that person matter. This act creates a positive ripple effect of kindness, helping both the person being helped and the person extending the help to grow in faith and well-being. Positive actions generate a cycle of compassion, support, and love that spreads to others and can eventually circle back to you. Lifting others up demonstrates God’s love, showing that we are valued and that we are part of a larger, loving plan. By helping others move forward, you also elevate yourself, creating a more positive and supportive community for everyone involved.
