INTRODUCTION

     In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe asserts that the ultimate power and control over life as we know it today lies not with chance, evil forces, human agency, or the devil, but solely with God, who governs everything according to God’s plan and decision. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man – and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them. Romans 1: 20-32 NKJV

Biblical Word

     ALPHA AND THE OMEGA – And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.

Reference

     Ephesians 1: 18-23 – I ask that your minds may be opened to see his light, so that you will know what is the hope to which he has called you, how rich are the wonderful  blessings he promises his people, and how very great is his power at work in us who believe. This power working in us is the same as the mighty strength which he used when he raised Immanuel from death and seated him at his right side in the heavenly world. Immanuel rules there above all heavenly rulers, authorities, powers, and lords; he has a title superior to all titles of authority in this world and in the next. God put all things under Immanuel’s feet and gave him to the church as supreme Lord over all things. The church is Immanuel’s body, the completion of him who himself completes all things everywhere. Significance

     The Nature of God (The One in charge) – We at VAL-TE’ also believe means to be entrusted with a responsibility, having a leadership role or a guiding influence over a situation or people, often with the implication of acting in alignment with higher principles or divine will; essentially, being accountable for the spiritual wellbeing of oneself or others within a given context. When someone is in charge spiritually, it’s understood that their authority comes from a higher power, not just their own personal power. Being in charge implies a responsibility to care for and nurture the spiritual growth of others, like a shepherd tending to their flock. A spiritual leader in charge should not only guide others but also demonstrate the desired spiritual qualities through their own actions. True spiritual leadership is often characterized by humility and a willingness to serve others, not by seeking personal power.
