Inspired By GOD

In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe refers to someone who is extremely loyal, and is willing to support their friend, or loved one no matter the situation. Now great multitudes went with Him. And He turned and said to them, “If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple. And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple. For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it – lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish’? Or what king, going to make war against another king, does not sit down first and consider whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand? Or else, while the other is still a great way off, he sends a delegation and asks conditions of peace. So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple. Salt is good; but if the salt has lost its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is neither fit for the land nor for the dunghill, but men throw it out. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” Luke 14: 25-35 NKJV

Biblical Word

SALT – Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy angels.” Mark 8: 34-38 NIV

Matthew 8: 18-22 – When Immanuel noticed the crowd around him, he ordered his disciples to go to the other side of the lake. A teacher of the Law came to him. “Teacher,” he said, “I am ready to go with you wherever you go.” Immanuel answered him, “Foxes have holes, and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lie down and rest.” Another man, who was a disciple, said, “Sir, first let me go back and bury my father.” “Follow me,” Immanuel answered, “and let the dead bury their own dead.” GNT

Extremely Loyal (Do or die mentality) – We at VAL-TE’ also believe who never stopped believing that hard work would inevitably lead to success. Who embraces the us-against-the –world expression, in the event of not doing, you will die. Someone who would do anything for you because they love you, accepting the bitter truth there is no one who will do it for you. And if we are salt, and Immanuel says we are, we must be willing to offer faithfulness to a faithless people, forgiveness where there is offense, peace where there is discord, and help to preserve humanity from falling into godlessness, immorality, chaos, and the resulting judgment.
