SEPARATING THE SPIRITUAL FROM THE PHYSICAL

THE HIDDEN MEANING

INTRODUCTION

     In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe by means of the physical death of Immanuel, God has made you His friends, in order to bring you, holy, pure, and faultless, into His presence. At that time Immanuel answered and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight. All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11: 25-30 NKJV

     DELIVERED – I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope  to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which he exerted in Immanuel when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way. Ephesians 1: 18-23 NIV

     Romans 7: 4-6 – That is how it is with you, my friends. As far as the Law is concerned, you also have died because you are part of the body of Immanuel; and now you belong to him who was raised from death in order that we might be useful in the service of God. For when we lived according to our human nature, the sinful desires stirred up by the Law were at work in our bodies, and all we did ended in death. Now, however, we are free from the Law, because we died to that which once held us prisoners. No longer do we serve in the old way of written law, but in the new way of the Spirit. GNT

Significance

     Spiritual Conversion (When God awakens those who are spiritually dead and enables them to repent of their sins and have faith in Immanuel) – We at VAL-TE’ also believe is a dramatic turning away from one path in order to pursue an entirely new one. Immanuel is the visible likeness of the invisible God. He is the first-born Son, superior to all created things. For through him God created everything in heaven and earth, the seen and the unseen things, including spiritual powers, lords, rulers, and authorities. God created the whole universe through him and for him.
