SEPARATING THE SPIRITUAL FROM THE PHYSICAL
THE HIDDEN MEANING

INTRODUCTION
In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe is knowing what God wants you to do, and then doing it. Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. James 3: 13-18 NKJV
Biblical Word
WISDOM – The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. Some have wandered away from these and turned to meaningless talk. They want to be teachers of the law, but they do not now what they are talking about or what they so confidently affirm. 1 Timothy 1: 5-7
Reference
2 Corinthians 6: 6-10 – By our purity, knowledge, patience, and kindness we have shown ourselves to be God’s servants – by the Holy Spirit, by our true love, by our message of truth, and by the power of God. We have righteousness as our weapon, both to attack and defend ourselves. We are honored and disgraced; we are insulted and praised. We are treated as liars, yet we speak the truth; as unknown, yet we are known by all; as though we were dead, but, as you see, we live on. Although punished, we are not killed; although saddened, we are always glad; we seem poor, but we make many people rich; we seem to have nothing, yet we really possess everything. GNT
Significance
Discernment (Understand Something That’s Somewhat Hidden, Applying That Knowledge Into Your Every Day Life) – We at VAL-TE’ also believe God alone knows the way, knows the place where wisdom is found, because He sees the ends of the earth, sees everything under the sky. When God gave the wind its power and determined the size of the sea; when God decided where the rain would fall, and the path that the thunderclouds travel; it was then He saw wisdom and tested its worth – He gave it His approval. God said to humans, “to be wise, you must have reverence for the Lord. To understand, you must turn from evil.”
