THE HIDDEN MEANING

INTRODUCTION

In these next scriptures, we at VAL-TE’ believe is a highly trusted version of the Bible since we are God’s children, we will possess the blessings He keeps for His people, and we will also possess with Christ what God has kept for Him; for if we share Christ’s suffering, we will also share His glory. For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His Blood, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1: 9-14 NKJV

Biblical Word

WILL – Listen, my dear brothers: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him? But you have insulted the poor. Is it not the rich who are exploiting you? Are they not the ones who are dragging you into court? Are they not the ones who are slandering the noble name of him to whom you belong? If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing right. But if you show favoritism, you sin and are convicted by the law as lawbreakers. For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it. For he who said, “Do not commit adultery, also said, Do not murder. If you do not commit adultery but to commit murder, you have become a lawbreaker. Speak and act as those who are going to be judged by the law that gives freedom, because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment. James 2: 5-13 NIV

Reference

John 5: 30 – I can do nothing on my own authority; I judge only as God tells me, so my judgment is right, because I am not trying to do what I want, but only what he who sent me wants. GNT

Significance

Determination – We at VAL-TE’ also believe that in our union with the Lord it is a great joy to us that after so long a time you once more have the chance of showing that you care for us. We don’t mean that you had stopped caring for us – you just had no chance to show it. And we are not saying this because we feel neglected, for we have learned to be satisfied with what we have. We know what it is to be in need and what it is to have more than enough. We definitely have learned this secret, so that anywhere, at any time, we are content, whether we are full or hungry, whether we have too much or too little.
